Hebben jullie de handleiding beschikbaar voor mijn voertuig?

De makkelijkste manier om uw handleiding te vinden is door het merk, model en bouwjaar in te vullen in de zoekbalk. Zo ziet u direct of wij het boekje beschikbaar hebben.

Kunt u de handleiding niet vinden? Stuur ons dan een bericht met het merk, model en bouwjaar van uw voertuig via onderstaand contact formulier.

Wat is de levertijd van mijn bestelling?

Over het algemeen hebben wij 1-2 werkdagen nodig voor de verwerking van uw bestelling. Hierna dragen wij het over aan PostNL of een andere vervoerder. Op dat moment ontvangt u van ons een Track&Trace nummer.

Binnen Nederland duurt het gemiddeld 1 werkdag voordat u uw bestelling ontvangt.

U ontvangt uw bestelling dan ook meestal binnen 2 tot 4 werkdagen.

How do I know if my order has arrived with you?

After placing your order you will immediately see a screen with your order number. We will also immediately send you an order confirmation with invoice by e-mail. You can also find the status of your order inyour personal account. Are you unsure whether your order has arrived safely with us? Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you!

I already ordered, but I forgot something. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for, we can no longer change it. We recommend that you place a new order with the forgotten products.

In what ways can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in many different ways. The supported payment methods are iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer, BanContact, DIRECTebanking & SofortBanking and Belfius Direct Net.

My bank transfer has been refunded. Why is this happening?

We have outsourced the processing of bank transfers to our payment partnerMollie. That is why we ask you to make your payment to the Mollie Payments Foundation.

To speed up the processing of your payment, you will receive a payment reference from Mollie; RF..-....-....-.... You must use this reference when making your payment to Mollie.

If you do not state this reference or if you use a different description with your payment, for example the invoice number, the payment will be refunded to you. As soon as your payment has been received and processed, we will always confirm this by e-mail.

How long does it take to process my payment?

In principle, all payments are processed immediately, with one exception. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it will take 3-4 business days for us to process your payment.

How safe is payment via

Your payment details are sent to our payment providers via secure connections (SSL, the well-known padlock).

We also do not store sensitive data such as credit card numbers and CVC numbers on our servers. This sensitive information is forwarded directly to our payment partnerStripe. Stripe complies with the strictest international security certifications for processing credit card payments (PCI DSS).

Also, our employees will never ask you by email, telephone or any other channel for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, PIN codes, CVC codes or passwords.

What are the shipping costs on

All prices mentioned on our website include VAT and include shipping costs within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands we charge the following shipping costs:

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Our average delivery time is 3-4 working days, but this can vary per product. You can find the exact delivery time for each product. Has the delivery of a product unexpectedly been delayed? Then we will always inform you by e-mail!

How can I track my order?

When you have completed an order you can always follow the status of your order in your account underOrders. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Is your order small enough to go through the letterbox? Then your order will be sent as a letterbox item. When ordering multiple or large products, your order will be sent as parcel post.

Where possible, we always provide your order with a Track & Trace code. You can find this code in your account underOrdersand we will send you this code by email as soon as the package is ready for shipment.

I want to cancel my order

As soon as your order has been paid, our warehouse will immediately get to work to get the ordered products to you as quickly as possible. It is therefore not always possible to cancel your order.
Please contact our customer service and indicate that you want to cancel your order. Our customer service team will see if this is still possible for you.

I want to return my order

That is of course no problem. You can always return your order free of charge within 14 days.

Don't forget to return your order via youraccount.Click on the button for the product you want to returnReturnand follow the instructions.
Is this button no longer visible? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to return your order.

Make sure that the product you are returning is in new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products with signs of use, such as oil stains, fingerprints and soot smears.

When will my money be refunded?

After we have received the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount, including the shipping costs paid by you, to your bank account or credit card within 3 working days.

Why do I have to transfer my payment to Mollie?

As we know a lot about car manuals, we knowMollieeverything from online payments. That is why Mollie handles all payment in advance, even if you want to pay for your order by bank transfer. As soon as Mollie receives your payment, they will inform us immediately, so that we can send your order as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.
