The contact owns a 2009 rolls royce phantom coupe. The contact stated that when he added fuel the nozzle became stuck in the tank. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they reduced the size of the filler hole so that the nozzle would not get stuck. The vehicle was taken to the dealer twice for the failure. Rolls royce was contacted and stated that they had no knowledge about the failure. The failure mileage was 9,970 and the current mileage was 10,627.
